Getting Started
A Service Provider may need to visit your home and agree to a price/time frame for your cleaning. Your initial/deep cleaning appointment generally takes the longest, as your cleaner(s) will need time to get acquainted with a new environment and bring your home up to the superior standard. Subsequent appointments (scheduled maintenance cleanings) will move along faster. Note that there is a minimum base rate ($105) for scheduled cleanings.
We also accomodate one off priority list cleanings where you can set your maximum price/time frame upfront and our professionals will follow your priority list of the things you want accomplished.
Maintaining Your Home
Once your initial cleaning has been completed your regular cleaner will then use your next couple of maintenance cleanings to determine a set maintenance fee for your future maintenance cleanings. Maintenance cleaning fees are calculated taking into consideration a number of things including the time it takes to perform your initial maintenance cleanings and the scope of work requested. Maintenance cleanings are cheaper than initial deep cleanings as the cleaner(s) are now maintaining as opposed to bringing the home up to the superior standard.

Your Satisfaction Is Most Important
Once your cleanings begin, we ask for regular feedback ensuring that you are always entirely happy with your cleaner and their services on a continual basis.
We ask that customers receiving cleanings have all cleaning supplies and tools, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms easily accessible so that the cleaner(s) can get right to work without any delays upon scheduled arrival.
The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to straighten up as much as possible. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dust and grime, not putting things in their places. “It’s best if people pick up or straighten up their items,” like toys and clothes. This will ensure that your cleaners time is managed more effectively and you get the most out of your cleanings.
