Deep/Initial home cleanings include all the cleaning tasks performed during general/regularly scheduled maintenance cleanings however deep cleaning is more intensive, detail oriented and also includes a few extras. Click here for an overview.

Your first cleaning appointment generally takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment and bring your home up to the superior standard (note the photo at top of the page for an extreme example). Subsequent regular scheduled appointments will move along faster as we are maintaining as opposed to deep cleaning. Initial deep cleaning time & cost can vary largely due to factors such as weather or not the home has been regularly cleaned previously, when it was last cleaned, the amount of dust and grime build up etc.

Once your initial cleaning has been completed we will usually then use your next initial maintenance cleaning to determine a set fixed maintenance fee for your future maintenance cleanings. Maintenance cleaning fees are calculated taking into consideration a number of things including the time it takes to perform your initial maintenance cleanings and the scope of work requested. Regularly scheduled maintenance cleanings are usually cheaper than initial cleanings as we are now maintaining as opposed to bringing the home up to the superior standard.
